Peter G May, our principal, is a Chartered Surveyor based in Wimborne, Dorset since 1988. The management practice currently handles the management for blocks – mainly in and around Hampshire and Dorset.

The management and administration of purpose built blocks of flats, converted houses and privately run residential estates is a unique form of property management requiring specialised skills and an in-depth knowledge of legislation. We have a proven track record.

Clients' monies are held in individual trust accounts to provide greater transparency for our clients.  All our Clients Accounts are subject to the RICS Client Account Regulations.  Minster Property Management is regulated by the RICS and pay a levy which is used by the RICS to monitor and inspect firms holding Clients Funds.  Additional benefits include The RICS’ Clients’ Money Protection Scheme which provides members of the public to be reimbursed for any direct loss of funds which could come from misuse of client funds.  Member of the public includes any person, firm, trust, body corporate or other organisation.   Our Professional Indemnity Insurance covers directors and officers of a management company where the practice has a full management control.
