Company Profile

Minster Property Management handles the management of purpose built blocks of flats and houses, converted properties, residential estates, commercial units and a balancing pond on a residential estate. A number of these properties are used for holiday and shorthold letting and we are well used to dealing with owners who live elsewhere, tenants and letting agents.

We offer an individual service which is tailored to different types of properties and the needs of leaseholders. Where appropriate, we consult with all parties and our company policy is to be as open and fair as possible. We work in partnership with property owners and make every effort to provide them with clear understandable information. Although we take our instructions from the landlord or the directors of the management company, we always endeavour to establish a good relationship with individual property owners in order to be aware of their wishes and aspirations.

Dorset: Blandford, Boscombe, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Corfe Mullen, Ferndown, Highcliffe, Poole, Southbourne, West Moors, Wimborne, Swanage and Verwood.

Our staff -

Peter May – Principal

Peter is a Chartered Surveyor based in Wimborne since 1988. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. The practice of Peter G May undertakes building surveys, compensation claims, rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial properties. As part of the practice, a specialist Professional Management Practice was established in 1999.

Paul Robinson - Estates Manager

Paul joined the company in August 2006 and is experienced in dealing with contractors and general maintenance. He supervises large contracts and looks after the general maintenance of the properties under the practice's management.

Ellen Box AIRPM - Property Manager

Ellen joined the company in July 2005. She has considerable experience in administering contractors and sub contractors involved in the family building company. Ellen deals with general property management administration, leaseholder enquiries, maintenance of the property records and Annual General Meetings. She is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Jenny Errington AIRPM - Property Manager

Jenny has over ten years' experience in residential property. She has previously dealt with residential lettings and property management prior to taking up the appointment as property administrator in May 2004. Jenny deals with the management of the properties on a day to day basis and handles legal enquiries and company administration. She is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Sue Palmer - Accounts Administrator

Sue joined the company in October 2007 and has several years' experience in accounts. Sue handles the day to day administrative functions including purchase ledger, daily banking, cash management and credit control.

Rita Brown (Secretary)

Rita generally works in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week. Rita takes messages and deal with day-to-day enquiries.

Rhona Trimby (Secretary/Administrator)

Rhona joined the company in September 2009 and generally works in the office on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Joan Bailey (Administrator)

also works part time for the company assisting with the management administration and covering for holidays.

Our consultant -

John Noakes - JN Accounting Services
John is an experienced accountant who acts as consultant to the practice and regularly reviews the company ledgers and bank accounts. He also prepares year end accounts and tax returns.
