Minster Property Management provides a personal professional property management service for both residential and commercial developments.
Peter G May, the Principal of Minster Property Management, is a Chartered Surveyor based in Wimborne, Dorset since 1988. The management practice currently handles the management for fifty blocks – approximately 570 units – mainly in and around Hampshire and Dorset.

The management and administration of purpose built blocks of flats, converted houses and privately run residential estates is a unique form of property management requiring specialised skills and an in-depth knowledge of legislation. Minster Property Management has a proven track record.

Clients’ monies are held in individual trust accounts to allow transparency. They are covered by the RICS Indemnity Fund and are subject to the RICS Client Account Regulations. This means that shareholders are covered against possible misuse of company funds. Our Professional Indemnity Insurance covers directors and officers of a management company where the practice has a full management contract.
